Newsletter #103 06/09/2009

We love that it is starting to be the fresh produce season in Denver.
Yesterday we were able to stop by the Denver Botanic Gardens and picked up a
huge batch of freshly harvested lettuces and some kabu, a japanese turnip
that we are excited to try. The sources that we purchase from are also
starting to turn out some great produce -- garlic scapes, sugar snap peas,
radishes, etc. Be sure to stop in this week to taste the freshness of the
season!

Late last night we both did an interview on Talk Radio One out of LA. The
host that we spoke with (Marc Germain) had lots of awesome questions and was
very interested in the cafe model. You can hear the entire interview
podcast online at www.talkradioone.com.
