Newsletter #85 01/26/2009

If you look over here on the left, you'll see a box for signing up to get the newsletter through email. We apologize for all of the hassle that this has caused. We know there are a lot of you who have been missing out on the news and many more who have stuck with us through all the bumpy roads of transition. For those of you who have hung in there, we so appreciate it. Hopefully, this will be the end to our various communications regarding the email problem.

Newsletter #85

This weekend Libby and I had the pleasure of sharing the cafe story with a group of folks at the St. Paul Lutheran Church.  They were extremely interested in hearing how it all works, and wanted to know how they could get involved and give assistance.  Besides monetary donations, we pointed them to this website and our wish list, as well as giving them the challenge of choosing a Saturday to sponsor.  Saturday sponsorship would include creating a menu (with our assistance), purchasing the ingredients, and optionally cooking/serving the food throughout the day.  If you know of an adult group or club that would be interesting in getting involved in this manner, just send a note to us at info@soallmayeat.org and we'll set it up!

We just wanted to send a quick congratulations to Aly and Tom (Libby's little sister and father.)  They were both recognized at separate events this past weekend for their community service efforts.  Keep up the good work!
