You may remember that our friend Scott Fliegelman from Fast Forward Sports did some fund raising for us as he competed in the 24 Hours of Triathlon over Labor Day weekend.  You can read the full account of Scott's incredible experience on the Fast Forward Blog. 

Last night we hosted 16 of the donors who pledged money towards Scott's efforts for dinner at the cafe.  It was great to meet some of the generous folks who were willing to donate to our cause without ever having set foot in the cafe.  We should have some pictures of the event to post online in the near future.

In the previous entry we mentioned that the F4 folks had raised well over $2000 for the cafe, which is in itself an AMAZING contribution.  However, when they came to present their donations last night, it turned out that they were a bit low in the original estimate, and that the contribution total was actually more than double that amount!!!  So many, many thanks go out to Scott and all the incredible folks behind the donations.  Your contribution means more to the cafe and its patrons than you may realize.
