Monday was to be the first inspection of 11th and Santa Fe. We called the landlord tonight to arrange a time to meet there. Brad and I were totally shaken when he reported to us that he signed a cabinet company to lease the space yesterday. He did not even call us to let us know. The first of many set backs to come. I (Libby) actually cried. I thought we were well on our way - even though the city/county/state were going to be huge hurdles. So, $$$ down the drain because we had to pay for the inspections that we set up for this week. What shocked us most was that he really seemed to support our idea and dream. Tomorrow morning, bright and early we will try to start again.
